msPowerOverlay adds a light blur and contrast to a render, similar to anime bloom.

Tips
msPowerOverlay is based on 川瀬式MGF (Kawase-style MGF). It is a technique at which bloom is generated in 3D rendering. It makes use of the gaussian (blurring) function.
