Tutorial

1. Go to 'accessory manipulation' and click 'load'.

2. Select 'FireParticleSystem.x' or 'FireParticleSystemEx.x' and click 'OK'. FireParticleSystem's flame does not flicker with movement, while FireParticleSystemEx's flame does flicker with movement.

3. Place FireParticleSystem after any other effects in the drawing order.

4. The effect can be attached to a model's bone to activate movement when using FireParticleSystemEx.

Tips

-FireParticleSystemEx is a modification of FireParticleSystem. This version makes the flames flicker when the fire source is moved. The Ex version is heavier than the regular version due to the added feature.

-According to Dance InterventionP, FireParticleSystem originated as an AMD RenderMonkey sample, which was converted over to MMD.
