Beamman- Reflection

Creates Real Time Reflections. Title translates to 'Post reflection effect'

1. Go to 'accessory manipulation' and click 'load'.

2. Select 'ポスト映り込みエフェクト.x' or 'ポスト映り込みエフェクト_HQ.x' and click 'OK'.

Optional steps:

3. Go to 'MMEffect' and select 'Effect Mapping'.

4. In this new window, navigate to the 'ReflectMapRT' tab.

5. Select the asset you wish to apply the effect on and click 'Set Effect'.

6. Select your desired 'ReflectMap_XXXX.fx' and click 'Open'.

7. Click 'Apply' then 'OK'.

Accessory Parameter Values

-Si: Adjusts the strength of the reflections.

-Tr: Adjusts the blur strength of the reflections.

Editing the Code Parameters

There are no code parameters in ポスト映り込みエフェクト to edit.


-This effect is also known as "Realtime Local Reflection Effect" or "RLR Effect".

-Beamman includes the following subset effects:

  • ReflectMap_モデル色.fx causes the asset to only reflect other assets' colors.

  • ReflectMap_反射弱.fx creates a weaker reflection that is slightly translucent.

  • ReflectMap_反射中.fx creates a mid-range reflection.

  • ReflectMap_反射強.fx creates a strong reflection with little to no translucency.

  • ReflectMap_反射無し.fx prevents an asset from creating reflections.

-This effect is based off of mqdl's SSAO effect.
